The BrainVisionCenter Workplace Animal Welfare Committee ensures the ethical and legal compliance of animal research conducted at the institution. It monitors adherence to animal welfare regulations, supports researchers in responsible animal work, and helps maintain appropriate conditions. In its advisory role, the committee promotes best practices, contributing to the high standards of animal research. Its operations are governed by Act XXVIII of 1998 on the protection and humane treatment of animals, as well as Government Decree 40/2013 (II. 14.), which define the principles of animal protection and the requirements for humane treatment.
