Animal Protection Department
The Animal Protection Department of the BrainVisionCenter plays a key role in establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the animal welfare and ethical practices applied at the research institute. Its primary focus is on optimizing the housing and care of experimental animals in accordance with the latest scientific findings and international guidelines.
The department’s responsibility is to ensure the highest possible welfare standards in research-related animal care, including environmental enrichment solutions and measures aimed at reducing stress. It works closely with researchers and veterinarians to ensure that animal experiments are conducted using the most modern and humane procedures.
The BVC Animal Protection Department actively participates in the development of animal welfare protocols and contributes to the dissemination of new methods within scientific and professional communities.
