Dr. Lóránt Varga graduated as a lawyer in 2007 and as a trainee lawyer he gained a confident knowledge in the fields of corporate law, real estate law, commercial transactions and large investments. After passing the bar exam, he became a member of the Budapest Bar Association in January 2012. In his work as an attorney, he mainly acts as an in-house lawyer for small and medium-sized companies, handling their day-to-day business, from commercial transactions and employment matters to litigation. In the course of his work, he has become familiar with the well-established business contracting standards used by the Federation International des Ingenieures Conseils (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) in Western Europe. Since then, he has continued to develop his knowledge, currently focusing on compliance. As a member of the Supervisory Board, he considers it important to assist the management in preparing and taking responsible decisions, complying with the law and the BVC’s internal rules.
